MOVE N GROW

Neonatal & Paediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic
Founded & Directed by Dr. Geetha M Arora

Our Mission:

Empowering little hands to do big things.

At Move n Grow, our mission is to nurture early brain development through scientifically grounded, relationship-centered, and family-focused Occupational therapy. We aim to detect developmental risks early, strengthen neurological foundations, support sensory and emotional regulation, improve feeding and functional skills, and empower parents with knowledge and confidence.

Our Vision

To become a centre of excellence in neonatal and paediatric neurodevelopmental care - integrating advanced assessment, reflex integration, sensory science, feeding therapy, and relationship-based intervention under one comprehensive model.

We envision a future where high-risk infants receive timely neurological follow-up, developmental concerns are identified early, families feel supported, and children grow into confident, regulated, independent individuals.

Core Values

  1. Early Intervention with Purpose:
We prioritise early detection and proactive support to harness the power of brain plasticity.
  2. Scientific Integrity:
Our therapy integrates internationally recognised frameworks - neonatal assessment, sensory integration, MNRI® reflex integration, DIR® Floortime, and advanced feeding methodologies.
  3. Family-centred Care:
Parents are not observers - they are active partners in their child's developmental journey.
  4. Individualised Therapy:
Every child's sensory profile, neurological foundation, emotional needs, and learning style are unique.
  5. Compassion with Clinical Excellence:
We combine warmth, empathy and counselling insight with high-level clinical expertise.
  6. Whole-child Approach:
We address brain, body, emotion, feeding, movement, and participation - not just isolated symptoms.

Our Commitment

At Move n Grow, therapy is not just about milestones. It is about building regulation, resilience, independence, and joyful participation in everyday life.
